We champion the rights of individuals and promote equality and justice for all.

Citizens Advice is a Jersey advice centre that provides island residents with confidential, impartial and free advice. Open to all, we aim to help individuals resolve their problems. Located at St Pauls's Centre on New Street in St Helier, we anonymously record client case studies in order to advocate for beneficial policy changes. The centre is a member of Citizens Advice, a national organisation that offers information systems, training and support.
